Fine Dining and Beach Cuisine at Ushuaia Beach Hotel

One of the places on my “must visit” list is Ushuaia Beach Hotel, situated on Playa d’en Bossa on perhaps the most famous party island in the world, Ibiza. As the video shows, the party atmosphere is hard to beat at the hotel’s daytime parties, but there are many more reasons why I want to visit this Mediterranean gem.

As a fan of Mediterranean food I am really drawn to Ushuaia because of the dining experience it offers guests and members of the public. Right on the beach is where you find Ushuaia Beach Club which serves various tasty dishes ranging from salads to grilled meats and freshly caught fish. There is also an amazing array of champagnes and wines to choose from that will make any meal extra special.

After or before you sit down to have your meal though, at any time of the day, the Beach Club has a bar that offers delicious smoothies and cocktails and plays soothing and relaxed music throughout the day.

When you want to have a more formal and modern meal, there is Minami, a Japanese fusion restaurant. This is the place for people to really tantalise their taste buds with various authentic Japanese dishes and flavours including wagyu tenderloin, blue fin tuna tataki, sushi and sashimi. It is not just a great place for tasting the delights that Japan has to offer, but also a place where you experience the expertise of the chefs as they work on their teppanyaki tables!
The restaurants alone are one of the reasons I personally can’t wait for a chance to stay at Ushuaia Beach Hotel!
